2. Licence to Use

• Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Robin Healthcare's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
• This is the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title, and under this licence you may not: modify or copy the materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display; attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website; remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
• If you violate these restrictions, this licence will terminate automatically and Robin Healthcare may terminate this licence at any time.
• Upon termination of your viewing these materials or termination of this licence, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

3. Terms of Service

Robin Healthcare provides medical devices and related clinical training services, including but not limited to pelvic health devices, clinical implementation guidance, and product support. All services are subject to the following terms:

• Services will be provided according to the agreed timeline and specifications outlined in the individual service agreement.
• The customer is responsible for providing necessary materials, access, and approvals in a timely manner.
• Any changes to the project scope will be documented and may result in additional fees.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the individual service agreement. Generally, payments are due per agreed milestones or billing cycles. Late payments may incur additional fees and may result in service suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

All content created by Robin Healthcare remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, rights will be transferred to the customer as specified in the service agreement. Materials provided by the customer remain the property of the customer.

6. Limitation of Liability

Robin Healthcare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from the use of our services.
