The MLD B4 Plus is a full-size pelvic floor rehabilitation platform developed for comprehensive clinic-based assessment, treatment and longitudinal patient management. It combines a large display, trolley-mounted format, configurable rehabilitation programs and structured reporting within one professional system. The system is operated using a keyboard and mouse for reliable and convenient clinical use.

sEMG Assessment
Standardised multidimensional sEMG assessment based on the Glazer protocol supports objective evaluation of pelvic floor muscle activation, relaxation, endurance and coordination, with automatic generation of a structured sEMG assessment report to support clinician interpretation.
Clinician-Guided Rehabilitation
sEMG findings can inform individualised program configuration, including clinician selection of appropriate EMS parameters, session duration and the balance of biofeedback training.
Progress Review
Repeat sEMG assessment enables clinicians to monitor change objectively and refine the rehabilitation plan throughout the course of care.
Integrated Technology
Both systems integrate sEMG assessment, EMS, EMG-triggered stimulation (ETS), and real-time visual and audio biofeedback to support muscle re-education and clinician-guided rehabilitation.
